You have just been hired by the NFL to develop a marketing campaign to increase the interest of males ages 12-18. The NFL wants to capture this market to assure attendance at games in the future. We know that ticket sales make up a large portion of profit that is generated through the NFL. If we do not have loyal fans to buy tickets we could see a decline in the sport. To ensure this does not happen we are thinking ahead of the game!
If interest in the NFL is established at an early age it is more likely that they will become a loyal fan. Your objective is to design a marketing campaign with the criteria specified below. You and your partner will create an NFL sports camp to help market the NFL to males 12-18 years of age. Your group will design a brochure for the sports camps that will highlight the special "spokespersons" that you have asked to attend. When campers arrive they will receive their very own sports bag. The group will also design the sports bag and components that will be included.
The last and most important focus will be to increase ticket sales. The NFL would like to see 500 young males attend each NFL game throughout the nation during the next football season.
